You like French food but do you know what are the favorite recipes of French people?  Obvioulsy it’s difficult to answer to that question: France is a large and very diversified country. We love our traditions and we have plenty of traditional, local and family recipes. We are also more and more attracted by a new trends coming from contemporary young chefs and influenced by other cultures. However you will be surprised to see how traditional is the list below 🙂

I will try little by little to provide you my version of these recipes (at least the ones I like 🙂 )

“Apéro” in French is an institution for French people. We like very much that moment of conviviality, rest and laugh. We even tend to favour more and more that moment at the expense of starters that tends to disappear.
