Healthy cod fish burger with fresh herb yogurt sauce

That recipe will demonstrate (if necessary!) that healthy burgers can be as tastier as cheeseburgers. It’s full of herbs and vegetables. The yogurt sauce is fresh, light and has a slightly tart flavor.

Cod is a lean fish (less than 2% fat!). It’s an excellent source of proteins, omega3, vitamins (B3, B6, B12, D) and minerals (selenium, iodine, phosphorus, magnesium).
